RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All returns must be made 30 days within original purchase of product. If 30 or more calendar days have gone by, unfortunately you cannot be offered a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in original packaging, along with proof of payment.

If an Exchange has been requested, delivery time may vary depending on customer location.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the reason is anything other than a manufacturing defect.

Shipping fees will be Tukyys responsibility under the circumstances of;

  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong product shipment (size, color, type and etc...).

    If shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Tukyys is not responsible for the return of products purchased from any Third Party websites/platforms.

    If you meet the requirements of our return/exchange policy, please follow the instructions below to complete your return/exchange.

    1. Please e-mail us the following information;
    •  Take a photo of the received item and e-mail it to us at info@tukyys.com (please indicate "RETURN or EXCHANGE" under subject section). Please ensure items current condition is visible.
    • Invoice Number
    • Postal Code
    • Name and e-mail information
    • e-receipt

      Upon receive of your e-mail, your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. You can expect the following;

      1. We will send you an e-mail with either the confirmation of approval, or reasons of refusal of the subject item.
      2. If the item is confirmed for return, please follow the instructions provided to you by the confirmation e-mail in order to  process the return.

        REFUNDS (if applicable)

        Upon receive and inspection of returned item(s), you will be notified via email as to whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be immediately processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days.

        LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable);

        If you have yet to received your refunded amount, firstly check your bank account again.
        If your refunded amount has yet to be returned, please contact your credit card company and/or bank branch directly, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

        Sale items cannot be refunded.
